Even in an unusual year this week has been a step above that. Don’t take for granted what you are feeling or doing to cope with the unprecedented experience of being human right now.
Stay tuned into your anxiety level. Especially for Empaths and BIPOC these months of high intensity have been exhausting, let alone the build up of trauma and aggressions from the last four years. And for BIPOC the last 400 years in the United States and this lifetime of micro aggressions have a cumulative effect.
How is your mental health doing is not a question to take lightly.
And be careful with alcohol. When we are in state of anxiety drinking alcohol is like putting gasoline on a fire. It will make you feel worse, much worse.
